Résumé

The Novel Multispectral Imaging Technique that has been developed, intends to aid oral cancer diagnosis by providing quantitative spatial maps of absorption and diffusion properties obtained through non-contact measurements. The approach relies on the combination of a Non-contact Punctual Diffuse Reflectance Spectroscopy technique and a Multispectral Imaging technique. The instrumental setup built for each technique is clearly described. The optimal quantification of optical properties relies on a new established calibration algorithm  (ACA-Pro) that achieves minimal estimation errors. The techniques have been validated with an extensive intralipid phantom study which will evolve towards an inflammation skin model study in future work.
